Head of Technical Support
An exceptional candidate is sought to join a highly successful, best in class independent business, manufacturing top quality products for both the retail and trade markets. We manage a flow of construction based contracts to the highest standards of service and installation.
To maintain our leading market position we are restructuring the technical support area of our organisation to improve standardisation, control, and customer service. In this key and varied new role, you will lead the surveying, drawing office, technical support and R+D functions, to bring the design concept to reality. You will also have full responsibility for product integrity, performance and development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual who can drive these areas forward with confidence, possessing strong commercial acumen to further enhance the management team. People management skills are key as is an understanding of how to achieve efficiency. Relevant backgrounds could include architectural, contracting, surveying or construction site management.
