Traditional Orangery in Berkshire

Entertainment was a priority for a couple in Berkshire. We built an orangery that integrated beautifully with the house, offering a spectacular all year round dining and entertaining area.

Our designers worked closely with this couple who had always wanted an orangery, but were concerned that it might appear too traditional. Careful choice of finish and specific design elements meant that we were able to hit exactly the right note.

Our solution was to surround a large centrally glazed roof lantern with a traditional panelled ceiling. Careful choice of finish and subtle details on the corner pilasters results in an outstanding orangery that blends perfectly with its surroundings. The inclusion of a traditional fan, automatic skylight motors and down lights surrounding the roof lantern completes the customers' brief.
