Garden rooms can offer an excellent alternative to conservatories or orangeries if you want to control light levels, or if you want an extension that looks more conventionally built. A garden room can have a completely solid roof which can be constructed in tile, slate or lead or a part-solid roof with areas of glass. Garden rooms can function as extensions of your living space, a sanctuary to enjoy the pleasures of your garden all year round, or even a space for recreation like a swimming pool enclosure.
